I agree that Day Title is not liable for the misuse of information posted on this site, for the misappropriation of passwords, or illegal access to information on this site. I agree I will not abuse this system by guessing, using in an unauthorized manner another.s password and user name or otherwise obtaining someone else.s file information. My access will be protected by a User Name and Password. I agree that I may not share my password or user name with anyone. By using this system I agree to indemnify, (including attorney.s fees) hold harmless and defend Day Title for any misuse of the system by me. I agree that Day Title does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements with regard to information posted on this site, or availability of this site for use at any particular time. Specifically Day Title does not warrant (1) that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or (2) that information is correct, accurate or reliable, or (3) that defects will be corrected, or (4) that the system will be free from viruses or other harmful components. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any portion is deemed unenforceable or prohibited by law, this Agreement shall be ineffective as to that section only and shall not invalidate the balance of the Agreement.
