Complete the following information (as applicable) to obtain a quote for Day Title Services LC. This quote will be for fees charged by Day Title, not the total of all your closing cost. Your lender will have fees. There may be escrows required. The state charges recordation taxes. Surveys may be required. Prorations of real estate taxes, propane gas, fuel oil, homeowners association dues, etc. may also apply. We ask below if you have a copy of the existing owner's title insurance policy so that we may calculate your reissue discount.

This quote includes all fees charged by Day Title. We have no hidden costs. No additional delivery fees, cover sheet fees, wire fees, endorsement fees or other miscellaneous fees will be charged by Day Title to the purchaser/ borrower. This quote may change if your individual transaction has unique circumstances. We will inform you of this prior to charging additional fees.

Note: If this is a refinance you may have purchased an owner’s title policy at closing. If this is a purchase ask the seller for a copy of their owners title policy. If you can provide a copy of the Schedule A, and complete Schedule B (and B-1 if applicable), you may be entitled to a discount of up to 40% of the title insurance cost of the original policy. The discount depends upon the age of the policy and the underwriter through whom the policy is written.
