Lender's Policy Premium an additional $150 when Owners Policy issued simultaneously
If we are provided with a copy of the seller's original Owner's Title Insurance Policy, we can calculate a discounted or "reissue" rate for the Lender's and/or Owner's Title Insurance premium. We do not have any additional charges for cover sheet(s), update and record, ALTA endorsements, downloading the lender's documents, scanning/technology fee or title policy production. We also leave the decision to purchase a survey, or not, to the buyer.
